Who handles your information

Anthony Hanaoka, trading as Anthony Perfumer, Tokyo, Japan, is responsible for the personal information handled by this store. Contact anthonyperfumer@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests. Our business address and telephone number are available without delay on request.

Information we process

We process your checkout email address, order and payment references, purchased product, payment amount and currency, delivery records, and information you send in support messages. Cloudflare and our payment and email providers may process network, device, payment and technical data to provide their services. Card details are handled by Stripe; this store does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to process orders, deliver downloads, answer requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet record-keeping obligations. Where applicable, the bases for processing are performing the purchase contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the store. A purchase or free download does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and overseas processing

Cloudflare hosts the store and files, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers transactional email. Support messages are handled using Gmail. These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, under their applicable terms and privacy safeguards.

Cookies and download links

The store uses an essential buyer cookie, ap_buyer, lasting up to seven days to associate your browser with your purchase. Cloudflare Access uses authentication cookies for the administrator area. Download links contain an access token; keep them private. This store does not currently implement advertising or analytics tracking.

Retention and security

We keep order, support and delivery information as necessary to fulfil purchases, resolve issues and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We restrict access to administrative functions and use signed, time-limited download links. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Where applicable, you may object to processing, request restriction or portability, and complain to your local data protection authority.
