Refund policy

Change of mind

Because these products are digital files, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind, mistaken preference or a product that you no longer want. This policy is subject to applicable law and does not remove statutory cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Duplicate payments and file problems

Contact us if you were charged twice for the same intended purchase, received the wrong file, cannot access the download, or received a corrupt or materially misdescribed file. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, restored access or a refund where warranted or legally required.

How to request help or a refund

Email anthonyperfumer@gmail.com with your order reference, purchase email and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers. We will review your request and explain the next steps. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank.

Statutory withdrawal rights

If the law applicable to your purchase gives you a right to withdraw or cancel, you can contact us to exercise it within the applicable period. We do not treat downloading a file alone as automatic waiver of that right. Any legally required refund will be handled within the applicable deadline.

Refunded downloads

Access through our download links may be disabled following a refund. Unless applicable law permits otherwise, stop using and delete the refunded material.
