Seller and contact

Products and prices

We supply downloadable PDF guides, formulas and educational materials. No physical item is shipped. The product page states the contents, price and currency. Review the total shown at checkout before paying. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or other fees.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. After successful payment confirmation, a download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Automated delivery normally takes a few minutes. Check your spam folder and contact us if the email does not arrive. Links expire seven days after creation; contact us for help with an expired link.

File requirements

You need an internet connection and a device or application that can read PDF files. Please save a copy after downloading.

Permitted use

You may read and use the purchased material for your own learning. Do not redistribute, upload publicly, share the PDF or download link, or resell the material. Any commercial licence must be stated on the product page or agreed with us separately in writing.

Educational materials

Educational content does not certify the safety, regulatory compliance or suitability of a finished fragrance. Check the current restrictions and safety information for the ingredients and intended use.

Refunds and consumer rights

See our Refund policy. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights take priority over our change-of-mind policy.

販売価格・通貨は商品ページと決済画面に表示。支払いはStripeによるカード決済で、注文時に決済します。物理配送はなく送料はかかりません。購入者の通信費・カード会社の為替手数料等は購入者負担です。決済確認後、通常数分以内にPDFダウンロードリンクをメールで送信します。PDF閲覧環境が必要です。返品・キャンセル条件は上記Refund policyをご確認ください。
